Take a Tour of the Mad House!

I mentioned previously that we completed one of the major house tasks we had on our list: to re-organise the kid’s playroom storage so that it could also be used for playing Wii.

That particular weekend started with DH making the second trip in two days to IKEA. He had forgotten to get one part of the the 25-parter piece.

DD opted to stay home. She wanted to make a coffin out of one of the boxes.

Exhibit A

Yes, a coffin.

Vamp's hang-out here

So later in the day, DH was heading out again on some other errand, and called out to DD did she want to come as well.

To which DS called out in reply: “She’s in the Coffin!”

Very catchy!

She also made a tombstone for Wolfie – The Unknown Wolverine, I suppose – and lyrics of a song about seeing a vampire:

“One day I saw a Vamp- Vampier

One day I saw a Vamp- Vampier

Aros from the ded

Scary faing-faced beast with

Blod driping from his faings

He had a pet

A fritful werewolf”

Lemme know when you think I should start to get worried…

Be afraid, be very afraid. Although you should be safe enough for another couple of weeks, the full moon was only last week, wasn’t it? Still, I’d wear a turtleneck jumper just to be safe. 🙂

Co-incidentally, I keep two wooden Tunisian Crochet hooks by my bed at night – not for any particular reason initially, though now I realise they could double as an impromptu crucifix should the need arise!

I’m sorry but this is hilarious!
